Description

Status Sheet completion of Client base as given by HOD;

Chasing up FMS queries within the Department ;

Liaison with Operations on load queries in relation to required FMS PDF extract

Scanning of bulk contracts & containerized sheets (as per client base given by the PODs Manager);

Relief of  Pod processing & emailing update showing outstanding list;

Extensive use of FMS & Magic Eye for all Pods requirements;

And any Departmental Duties as given by the PODs Manager.

Qualifications

Academic Background: Relevant diploma in Business or other Business related Diplomas;

Experience required (minimum/maximum): with 2-5 years, with relevant  experience in a similar role within the transport industry;

IT knowledge: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (word; excel; power point);

Others: English – good level of the English language, both written and spoken;

Good knowledge of local organization;
