Responsible for overall supervision of the project activities.
Design and executes project work plans to meet the goals and objective of the project.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Responsible to Submit Narrative and Financial Report not later than 25th of the every month.
Conduct orientation sessions for properly orient the staff about overall objectives and activities of the project as per approved proposal.
Develop Project Plan and consultation with the team, with the assigning of roles and responsibilities against the activities of the project as per approved proposal.
Sharing of communication check list with the staff and follow ups for ensuring its implementation in the field activities.
Responsible for planning, program design, and to ensure its proper implementation at the field level.
Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to Head Office.
To provide day to day guidance to project staff.
Liaise with the Head Office programme management for the implementation of project activities.
BSc in Social work or any relevant Social Sciences Degree
Certificate or Training in Monitoring and Evaluation is an added advantage
Understands the registration requirements
Experienced in proposal writing
Exposure to HIV and Gender work in a Non- Governmental Organisation
Strong communication skills.
Organizational skills, including an ability to work independently and take initiative.
