Description

 

Answering and making of phone calls;

 

Ensuring reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times;

 

Ushering guests for meetings where necessary;

 

Issuing of groceries and stationery;

 

General typing for Human Resources and any HOD;

 

Acknowledgement and processing of PODs onto FMS;

 

Follow ups of additional cost requirements against pods delivered;

 

Extensive use of FMS & Magic Eye for all Pods/Status sheet requirements;

 

Carry out any other duties as assigned by Human Resources Officer or PODs Manager

Qualifications

 

Academic Background: Relevant Diploma in Business or other Business related Diplomas;

 

Experience required (minimum): with 2 years, with relevant  experience in a similar role within the transport industry;

 

IT knowledge: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (word; excel; power point
