Job Description

To lead the Technology Services Delivery team in making sure that technology services and channels are being seamlessly delivered to both internal and external Bank clients. [ service culture, employee engagement, service quality, and customer experience.], continuously tested for business conformity and meeting business requirements.

Job Qualifications

-Degree in Technology ,Computer Science or equivalent

- Post Graduate Qualification MBA, Masters will be an added advantage

-Strong technology and business acumen aligned to delivering a service

-Technological knowledge of enterprise IT

-7 years experience in a similar or related environment with a minimum of 3 years in manegerial position

-Experience in the banking sector will be an added advantage
