Job Description

Manage the reception in a professional manner aligned to our client’s corporate image and policies
Receive visitors and attend to them within two minutes of arrival at reception
Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings at the switchboard and route them to the appropriate office
All requested external calls provided to requesters within 5 minutes from the request
Report all external line faults to the client within 2 hours of the day which the fault occurred
Report all facilities related issues to the client’s Facilities function within 3 hours of occurrence
Communicate through email any downtime to expected delivery times before 0900 hours
Send mail using outsourced courier service
Receive, sort and distribute mail to appropriate offices
Any other clerical duty as assigned by Line Manager

Job Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in secreterial studies or related

At least 2 years work experience
