Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations of all Fund properties across the country. Ensure good tenant management and maximum occupancy of Fund’s properties. Prepare and monitor lease agreements, renewals, and tenant compliance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare monthly and quarterly property performance reports. Prepare annual budgets for property operations and capital projects. Provide high-level oversight and coordination of property-related initiatives, including capital projects, maintenance plans, property upgrades and compliance. Assist the Head Property in executing strategic property plans, ensuring operational continuity, timely reporting, and tactical follow-through on property management priorities. Facilitate cross-functional coordination to support to support integrated planning and execution.
Job Qualifications
- Degree in Rural and Urban Planning, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management or Equivalent Relevant Degree.
- Professional Qualification in Real Estate an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management or real estate operations
