I am a hardworking, intelligent and innovative professional in the Human Resources field. I possess over 7 years of working experience in organizations like ZIMRA, COTTCO and Silo Food Industries. I have vast knowledge and experience in the different HR functions like Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Industrial Relations, Succession planning, policy development and payroll among others. i have strong people skills and planning and organizing skills.

I have a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management attained from the Midlands State University.
I have a Post Grad Diploma in Human Resources Management from IPMZ.
I have a 2.1 Degree Class in Psychology from Midlands State University attained in 2014. I scored a distinction in my final year dissertation.
Work & Experience
This is my current position. It is a middle management position and its a permanent position. Involved in the whole HR functions for the Milling and Prepacks Division like Recruitment and Selection, Industrial Relations, HR Administration etc.
This was a management position. I was involved in the different HR functions including Wellness Initiatives, Strategy Coordination, HR Data Analytics.
Graduate Trainee in the different HR sections like Industrial Relations, Payroll, Training and Development and Procurement, Transport and Administration.
It was a one year internship/ industrial attachment.
