The portfolio includes all mining and water treatment firms in the northern region of Zimbabwe.  Market development, research and client management.  Setting budgets for portfolio management.  Debt collection and management so as to maintain a health portfolio cash flow  Inventory management.  Relationship building and management with various stakeholders  Staff development and management  Training chemical handling to staff and clients  Monitoring and evaluation of staff performance

Core Duties & Responsibilities  Water treatment industry portfolio management. The portfolio includes all the local authorities and other industrial users in portable and recycled water treatment business.  Gathering and analyzing market intelligence information for decision making purposes.  Setting budgets and managing strategic business units performance.  Debt collection and management and Inventory management.  Management of bulk distribution of products, negotiation for contracts and agreements.  Agency management as well as managing consignment stock  Tender preparation and management  Relationship building and management with various stakeholders  Developing, implementing, maintaining and managing Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2000).  Contributing and participating in Total Quality Circle Projects for Continual improvement

Core Duties & Responsibilities  Coordinating the implementation of Science and Technology across all sectors of the economy  Collecting and collating Science and Technology and research information for input into the Ministry of Science and Technology Development database.  Following up on various projects and programmes being implemented by the Ministry  Assisting with the development of legislative regulatory instruments that support Science and Technology implementation  Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Science and Technology policies across all sectors  Organizing conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions for Science and Technology activities  Conducting site visits to verify the impact and existence of outputs in identified projects.  Collecting and analyzing data and producing reports  Offering Technical expertise to Research and Development

Core Duties & Responsibilities Technical sales  Business Development, Research and Development of new product combinations  Technical Sales for Chemicals as well as Gathering market intelligence  Providing Technical Back up Services for all products  Creating and maintaining good relations with customers  Preparation of quotations and monitoring competitor activity  Stock control and recommending replenishments  Preparation of Monthly Financial Budgets, Financial Reconciliation, operating expenses and making inputs to Strategic and Management review progammes for the Branch.  Making recommendations to areas that need improvement. Quality Assurance  Implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2000 systems  Carrying out of internal quality audits in preparation for external certification & subsequent surveillance audits  Training of staff on quality related issues, procedures and conduction of Quality, Health and Safety Awareness programmes  Handling of customer complaints & Feedback  Corrective & Preventive Action measurement & monitoring  Reporting systems performance to Top Management
