Work & Experience
Duties Include: •Acquisition of new business. •Selling company products in alignment with the targets and proffering feedback to the management in tandem with customer preferences and competitor trends. •Carrying out regular trade channel visits to track sales performance and diligently handle customer queries and complaints. •Scouting for prospective channel partners to deepen and broaden the distribution footprint. •Training channel partners on all new promotional offers and other new products that would have been introduced by the company. •Scanning and analysing the operating environment within the territory to detect competitor activities, customer preferences, behavioural trends and changes.
Duties included : •Overseeing and monitoring Sales Team Leaders across the Midlands Region. •Designing the sales territories and sales targets for these Team Leaders and tracking the performance. •Engagement of customers to adopt E-Commerce products •Championing market activations/marketing blitz mainly focusing on market branding, personal selling and customer relationship management. •Preparing the regional monthly sales plan and present it to the senior management for approval and nourishing •Acquisition of new business •Carrying out regular trade channel visits to track sales performance and handle customer queries and complaints. •Scouting for prospective channel partners to deepen and broaden the distribution footprint. •Training channel partners on all new promotional offers and other new products that would have been introduced in a bid to boost the revenue and customer awareness. •Scanning and analysing the environment within the territory to detect competitor activities, customer preferences and behavioural trends and changes. ●Acting Account Executive in some instances.
