l organized and facilitated vocational skills inception activities in all the 3 districts. I developed the vocational skills application form for the prospective applicants. As the officer in charge of the portfolio l was part of the shortlisting and interviewing panel of the applicants. I supported the MEAL team in the verification and validation processes of successful students. I prepared and draft Memorandum of Understandings with the respective colleges that our students are enroll in. As the focal personnel for the sector l did weekly and monthly visits to the different colleges and also routine monitoring.

I provided logistical and financial support to field staff under the 15-month BHA USAID project to ensure that they are well equipped for project implementation. I supported the team with data collection during surveys including the Economic Recovery Market Systems verification and validation surveys, supported with beneficiary registrations for Cash for Work. I also acted as the Gender and Protection Officer for 2 months supporting the Protection partners namely Musasa and Childline, by providing technical oversight and coordination for the Protection sector. Member of the GOAL NextGen International Youth Fellow 2023.

l served as an accountability, monitoring, and evaluation graduate trainee in the SCALE DP project. I successfully coordinated& planned project workshops, supported research, and provided enumeration services on feedback from communities on DRR issues. I also successfully carried out data collection, entry, and analysis. I supported the project with administration duties in all the 3 operational districts.

As the National culture intern l successfully conducted research work on a UN agency project on Advancing Rights for women and Girls living with disabilities, Sustainable Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH), l supported and organizedworkshops by compiling registers, disbursing DSA fund and logistically supported workshop participants. I successfully led the Green Plan Initiative committee wherel worked with Higher Life Foundation and fellow and put together newsflashes for the department website

As the research assistant who was responsible for data collection and analysis using SPSS packages. I successfully daily compilations of activity reports from field, transcribing data collected from the operational districts which were utilized by the project team.
